Nine premium elevated land allotments have been released at Redlynch Valley Estate.

Estate sales manager Robert Wallace said the blocks had level benched pads with “magnificent and panoramic views across the Redlynch Valley to the mountains.”

“They range in size from 733sq m to 1433sq m,” he said.

“Build your dream home on one of theses land allotments and savour the beautiful views and fresh, cool breezes, while enjoying the convenience of being only a short stroll to picturesque Freshwater Creek with parklands adjacent. These are possibly the only elevated blocks to be released in 2008, so buyers are urged to act quickly.”

Mr Wallace said a limited number of exclusive and level creek front blocks, varying in size from 650sq m to 1362sq m were also available with parkland aspects, privacy and just walking distance to Freshwater Creek. Exclusively designed to incorporate all of the best aspects of living in Cairns, the developers of Redlynch Valley Estate have succeeded in achieving an environment that offers residents a chance to really live,” he said.

“This is more than an average lifestyle in the suburbs, this is a chance to enjoy everything you love about your life in complete comfort and style. What other estates in Cairns can boast living on the edge of lush pristine rainforest with a crystal clear creek and quiet community with shops, schools, playgrounds and sporting opportunities at your doorstep? Walk out of your front door strait into a vista of green, with surrounding quality homes and gardens and continue to stroll through the meandering paths along the rainforest edge and along the creek.”

Redlynch Valley Estate North land starts at $200,000.

To pick up a brochure regarding land in the estate, call into the information centre between 10am-5pm, seven days a week or the sales office in Davidson Cl between noon-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
