Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club's first residential apartments are now complete

Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club has unveiled The Keys – Tropical North Queensland’s first golf course apartments and the first in a series of lifestyle developments completed that will give shape to a $500 million vision.

Developed by joint venture partners, H & S Vision Group and The Hedley Group, The Keys is a sympathetic and quality imbued residential precinct comprising 84, one, two and three bedroom plus study apartments that effectively assimilate with the natural environment and its idyllic golf-course setting.

The developers and designers have drawn on their successful and award-winning formula in evidence at The Lakes Cairns Resort & Spa and Cairns One to give The Keys its competitive edge complete with spacious indoor and outdoor living options, state-of-the-art technology and a luxurious design finish.

The Keys extends beyond apartment accommodation to offer an array of lifestyle amenities from swimming pool and barbecues to stone’s throw, walking access of Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club’s public facilities.

These include a brand new indoor outdoor terrace restaurant, a spectacular sports bar overlooking the fairways, new pro shop and real estate sales office that will open in June in line with the development’s stage one completion of its multi-million dollar Clubhouse re-development.

According to project sales manager, Steve Cordenos, The Keys list of lifestyle benefits are many and varied with all one, two and three bedroom options featuring  a separate study with internal and basement storage, a penthouse-quality finish throughout and spacious balconies offering private, all-weather, indoor and outdoor living thanks to attractive timber ‘plantation-style’ shutters.

Added to that, most apartments boast the convenience of two car parks while some offer the sheer indulgence of a personal golf buggy and buggy park.

The Keys incorporates four separate buildings whose architecture blends seamlessly with the natural environment and are well-situated to take in the panoramic vistas either across the lush golf fairways or rainforest covered mountains that surround the 126 hectare golf course.

Security and convenience is paramount at The Keys with keyless entry, intercom, undercover car parking while entry to each building is via a modern entry foyer complete with hardwood timber doors and feature panels with lifts to the upper floors.

The Keys has just 12 apartments remaining that are priced from $350,000 to $630,000. Inspection is strictly by appointment by contacting Steve Cordenos on 0418 774 994.
