Base jumper's other lucky escape

VIDEO OF BRUSH WITH DEATH: New footage has emerged of another lucky escape for Mossman base jumper Hamish McCorkindale.

The footage shows Mr McCorkindale, who is in Townsville Hospital after a dramatic 260m plunge  at Wallaman Falls near Ingham on Sunday, jumping from an unknown cliff-face and crash landing into a tree.

Relieved friends cheer and rush to his aid when they realise he has survived.
The footage is believed to have been shot about five months ago.
Comments posted online suggest he was only metres from the ground when his parachute opened.
Mr McCorkindale also promises to put footage from his "headcam" on the internet.
