There are so many great things about living on the Atherton Tableland.

The excellent climate and the diversity of the countryside up here would have to rate first equal.

From one end to the other, the Tablelands are so wonderfully different – the north is savannah and woodlands, while the south is misty mountains and rainforests.

You never get tired of exploring here.

The other thing that really strikes me - and has since we arrived over 20 years ago - is the people here are so welcoming and inclusive.

I’ve travelled widely and I consider this the friendliest place I know.
