Starting tomorrow, readers can collect tokens for their free ticket to The Cairns Post timeOUT concert on August 30 at the Cairns Showground.
The 2007 timeOUT concert attracted 9000 people and this year's line-up includes Scribe, Kisschasy, Blue King Brown and Faker.
"With the line-up of bands we have this year and the reputation from last year, we're hoping to hit the 10,000-people mark," the newspaper's marketing manager Sylvia Palumbo said.
"People are already securing their tickets."
The timeOUT concert was a marketing initiative designed to target youth and increase the timeOUT brand, she said.
"We wanted to give them something for free that they wouldn't forget.
"We've got an amazing line-up and a great venue this year - it'll be any music lovers dream and we can't wait."
To get your free ticket, collect 12 tokens from The Cairns Post and attach them to a token form.
Tokens will appear on Page 2 every day from tomorrow until August 8. Token forms also will appear each day.
Completed token forms can then be redeemed for a free ticket.
