The Tran family from Oakleigh in Victoria tell us why they can't stop visiting Cairns...

We first visited Cairns in 1995. We fell in love with the climate as soon as we walked out of the airport.

We have been to Cairns at least once a year since.

We love the weather, the tropical fruits like canistel, star apple, mamey sapote, mangosteen etc, the friendly people, the water holes.

Anyway, too many good things to name.

We will move to Cairns eventually in the near future.

PS: I have a habit that while we are in Cairns we plan for the next visit and as soon as we arrive home we start keeping an eye on air fair special. I think that is a good habit!
