Everything is in place for the 2008 timeOUT concert to be held on Saturday, August 30 at Cairns Showground.
Five sensational acts will headline the event – Scribe, Faker, Kisschasy, Blue King Brown and The Medics.
Gates open at 3pm with a local DJ kicking things off until the first act hits the stage.
It is important all attendees bring ID because this is a licensed event and only those with a proof of age wristband will be served on the day.
Everyone must bring enough cash for the day because there are no ATMs in the Cairns Showground.
Also, there will be free water available and Sunbus will be supplying a user-pays bus service from Cairns Showground to the main bus terminal on Lake St.
No alcohol, illicit substances, eskys, opened drinks, food and recording devices are permitted into the concert.
Don’t forget you can trade your 12 tokens in for your free ticket to the event up to 5.30pm on Friday, August 29 at The Cairns Post building in Abbott St.
Otherwise, you can buy a ticket at the gate for $60.
