Di to plead not guilty
COUNCILLOR Di Forsyth is expected to plead not guilty to trespass after protesting on the roof of the partially demolished Cairns Yacht Club last month.
Cr Forsyth appeared in Cairns Magistrates' Court today. Her case was adjourned to February 11, when the court will set a date for her hearing.
Cr Forsyth and activists Bryan Law and John Rodden were arrested on October 13 while protesting against the relocation of the 90-year-old Cairns Yacht Club building to James Cook University.
