Police case adjourned
BREAKING NEWS: THE two former police officers charged with stealing a shed have had the matter adjourned this morning at the Mareeba Magistrate's Court.
Police allege Lachlan Anthony Hart, 31, and Davina Blair, 27, stole a shed and fence panels, worth several thousand dollars, from a building site while they were on patrol.
The pair did not attend court and were not required to enter a plea.
Blair will enter a plea in Cairns Magistrate's Court on December 18 and Hart's matter was adjourned.
He will reappear at the Mareeba Magistrate's Court on December 22.
