1250 sit-ups and counting
WOW! Look at her now.
Not only has Lose2Win contestant Robyn Fletcher dropped to a size 8 and shed the kilos, she can complete a whopping 1250 sit-ups in a single session.
When she started training as part of Sarge’s bootcamp on September 11, she could complete just 24.
"I can’t believe how 12 weeks can turn everything around," she said.
"Life is good!
"Gone is the unhealthy diet and constant suffering of headaches. In is eating healthy and regular exercise."
After 12 weeks of hard slog, the nine finalists have been brought together for a final weigh-in, fitness test and a makeover.
Fellow contestant Janine McFarlane said: "The easiest part has been the last 12 weeks; the hardest part will be in maintaining what I have achieved."
Boot camp drill-sergeant Geoff "Sarge" Byfield paid tribute to the competitors who toughed it out.
He described some of the results as "exceptional".
All the results, and winner of the $2000 prize, will be revealed in The Weekend Post tomorrow.
