What's cooking: Luke Mangan will be cooking up a storm for Mother's Day at Mission Beach.
INTERNATIONAL celebrity chef Luke Mangan will present a Mother's Day Tastes of the Tropics event on Sunday at The Elandra, Mission Beach, south of Cairns.
The Today Show chef, from Glass Brasserie, Hilton in Sydney, Salt in Tokyo and South Food + Wine in San Francisco, will embrace fresh and authentic Australian ingredients available in the Cairns region.
Guests are encouraged to treat their mothers to this unique dining experience in the idyllic and tropical setting of The Elandra Mission Beach.
“I'm thrilled to join Curtis Stone and Matt Moran as one of the chefs who has the amazing opportunity to cook at the Elandra resort using all the marvellous fresh local produce," Mr Mangan said.
"I am truly looking forward to celebrating such a special day as Mother’s Day in a tropical paradise.”
