Nudists flock to bare all
NAKED doctors and labourers will compete in three-legged races as part of 20th birthday celebrations for Far North Queensland's only nudist club.
The Barrier Reef Sun Club is expecting about 100 international nudists for this weekend’s party.
Bare-bum guests from Australia and New Zealand will do a mass strip for the festivities at their club house on the Tableland.
The no-clothes crew will cook a barbecue tonight before a games day tomorrow with three-legged and potato sack races, and croquet.
Club vice-president Lillian Allen said the only club rule was that clothing was not accepted.
"We have doctors and labourers as members," she said.
"We do accept singles but no photos are allowed to be taken on site."
Aspiring members have to pay $130 for a couple to join the bare-skin brigade, which allows club guests to sleep in caravans and tents on site.
