John Williamson launches new album The Big Red at Brothers

In town to present from his latest album The Big Red, which features the single Hang My Hat in Queensland, John will come armed with all new songs, alongside the many classics that have guided him through more than 40 years in Australia music.
A modern-day poet, Williamson’s honest and passionate songs are synonymous with the country that inspires him, allowing him to connect with people of all ages, sexes and creeds.
Add to this his ability to deliver unforgettable live concert experiences that combine the perfect blend of humour, romance and campfire stories woven together by his music and you can understand why he’s one of Australia’s truly legendary musicians.
John even now has a local connection, having recently become a Protect Our Coral Sea Ambassador, adding to the many good causes he has championed overseas.
