Double the accolades for Paronella Park at Telstra Queensland Business Awards

FAR Northern tourist destination Paronella Park is on top of the world after scooping two awards at the Telstra Queensland Business Awards last night in Brisbane.

The park, built in the 1930s' by Spanish immigrant Jose Paronella, took out the Commonwealth Bank Medium Business Award and the Queensland Government Regional Award.

Park owner Mark Evans said they’re thrilled with the multiple wins.

"I didn’t expect it at all, it’s taken my breath away," he said.
