Three minutes with bass music king Mr Bill
Australian bass music producer Mr Bill lands in Cairns for a production workshop and show at The Buddha Bar this Friday. Hit catches up with the man himself for three quick questions...
Finish this sentence off: Mr Bill is... an audiological reflection of myself.Describe your sound in no less than 25 words and no more than 50... Well, it’s hard for me to say because I’m biased. It’s essentially bass music. Quite glitchy, a little bit strange, very carefully edited, and generally I try to make it as clean as possible.
What can a punter expect from a Mr Bill show? You can probably expect to see me drunk, you can possibly expect to get drunk yourself, and you can certainly expect to hear a pretty twisted, mangled set of bass music.
