Keep the Amateurs party going with two of Australia's favourite names in dance music at the launch of Ministry Of Sound's Sessions at Gilligan's

After a huge weekend last weekend with Ruby Rose and co at Luminescence, the party continues this Saturday night for a huge post-Amateurs event in conjunction with Ministry Of Sound.

Featuring two of Australia’s top names in dance music – Tom Piper and Timmy Trumpet – the launch of Ministry Of Sound’s Sessions Nine will be another huge night for dance music fans, a smashing mix of the biggest house jams and club bangers rocking the globe right now.

Sessions Nine kicks genres to the kerb, with Timmy and Tom’s mixes serving up more than 40 tunes, ranging from the big room sounds rocking the Mediterranean, to epic electro, darkened floor burners, rave, dubstep and all that’s in between.

Expect tracks from Knife Party, Afrojack & Shermanology, Tonite Only, Lil Jon & LMFAO, Bob Sinclar, Laidback Luke & Wynter Gordon, Volta Bureau, The Presets, AC Slater, Silver Sneakers and many more, taken directly from the boys’ hot new CD mixes on MOS.

Both Tom Piper and Timmy Trumpet land in Cairns at the tail end of one of the biggest local club tours of the year and with the perfect balance of trumpet and freshness across the evening, Sessions Nine will be another rocking night from Gilligan’s and Ministry Of Sound.

Tom Piper and Timmy Trumpet launch Ministry Of Sound’s Sessions Nine at Gilligan’s on Saturday night, from 10pm-5am. Tickets at the door.
