Alleged knife attacker charged
A 33-year-old woman will appear in court over allegedly attacking a man with a knife in Manoora on Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called to a disturbance in Pease St around 5.30pm on Wednesday after reports two people had been involved in a verbal dispute.
The 32-year-old man suffered a laceration to his upper arm and was transported to Cairns Base Hospital for treatment.
The woman has been charged with unlawful wounding and will appear in Cairns Magistrates Court.
