The Stafford Brothers Dead Romance Tour hits Gilligan's
Life couldn't get much sweeter for Australian brotherly dance duo The Stafford Brothers.
Fresh from making the big move from their home on the Gold Coast to the global party capital of Los Angeles, Matt and Chris Stafford are back in Australia for a visit to launch their new collaboration with clothing brand Sushi Radio.
The Dead Romance range is the first from SBSR (Stafford Brothers Sushi Radio), a new line dedicated to festival-friendly fashion.
Catching up with Matt this week before the show, he says The Stafford Brothers and fashion are a good fit.
"We collaborated on everything, from the cuts on the tees, through to the designs," he says.
"It's really exciting and really cool, I really like the brand and I think they've captured the Australian festival look."
It's not the only big news from the Stafford camp. Following the pair's move to the US, they are now the first dance act signed with Cash Money Records/Young Money Entertainment, owned by global rap superstar Lil' Wayne.
"It's a great opportunity there for us and it's great to collaborate with US artists," Matt says.
"The first track is about to roll, it's called Hello and it features Lil' Wayne and Christina Milian (social media correspondent for the US version of The Voice)."
The Stafford Brothers Dead Romance Tour is at Gilligan's on Friday, from 9pm. Tickets at the door.
