Cowboys unfairly branded by report into drugs in sport
NORTH Queensland Cowboys co-captains Johnathan Thurston and Matt Scott have expressed their frustration at having the club's image tarnished by unknown allegations in the fallout of the ongoing investigation into drugs in sport.
Thurston said the team had been left "in limbo" without any information as to what the club or players were being investigated about, while Scott said the raising of the Cowboys name in the Australian Crime Commission anti-doping report tainted "the whole club".
